Shipping and Handling:

(NOTICE: Separate billing for each shipment)

  • Email addresses are needed for Tracking Purposes!
  • Shipping charges are calculated using current UPS and USPS Rates based on size, weight, and/or value.
  • Orders over Minimum Rate will be charged extra accordingly.
  • Expedited Services are available at actual costs.
  • Some Shipping Charges are billed Separately.
  • ALL USPS SHIPMENTS - Customer is responsible for Collecting Insurance Claims.
DOMESTIC USA
Most domestic orders are shipped UPS & USPS ground as requested ($12.95 Minimum).
USPS Domestic Small Envelope (Hand full of parts, 7.95 Minimum),
Expedited services are at actual costs.

INTERNATIONAL & ALASKA/HAWAII:
AIR UPS Alaska, Hawaii and all countries served or USPS if requested. Expedited services are at actual costs.

BACK ORDERS:
Items not in stock are normally only back ordered at a customer's request. Back ordered items for residents in the Continental USA will be shipped as per above.

Hold Policy For Checks & Money Orders with a commit to buy:
Local customers (within 100 miles of the store): Models may be held for 3 days.
Non-local customers living within the 50 Fifty United States: Items may be held a maximum of 5 days.
For all other customers outside of the mainland United States: Items may be held a maximum of 7 days. Holds may not be extended beyond specified days. Please provide a fax number or phone number and credit card number with the expiration date unless special arrangements have been made.

HOLD POLICY FOR YOU TO THINK ABOUT A ITEM:
A item placed on hold on Monday will come off of hold on Tuesday etc.

Sales Tax:
Colorado residents will be charged the appropriate sales tax. For orders shipped outside of Colorado or the USA, it is the buyers responsibility to pay their local sales tax and import fees, if any!

Damaged Models:
In the event a customer receives a model that was damaged in shipment by UPS or DHL, please follow the following procedures:
1.) Notify Caboose Hobbies Inc and the shipping receiver office.
2.) Make sure you have the shipper number.
3.) Retain all shipping materials (carton, packing materials, etc.)
The Shipper will notify Caboose Hobbies to issue a call tag at our end. The Shipper will then pick up the shipping materials, the damaged model and the box from your address. This institutes the claim settlement. We will ensure that all corrective action is performed as quickly as possible.

USPS shipments, the customer is responsible for collecting Insurance Claims.
