CO: Fort Collins Colorado Municipal Railway Site - They operate the only original restored streetcar operation on an original route in the United States. It is without a doubt, the biggest electric train set in Colorado. 12 inch to the foot scale and is just an hours drive north of Denver. Most of the members are dedicated model railroaders. Their street car #21 has recently undergone a major overhaul. The operation is entirely operated and managed by volunteers. They are also an FRA class 4 common carrier due to the fact that they are standard gauge and have 17 public grade crossings. Normally trolley operations are exempted from federal regulation, but this one is not.
